We are dedicated to provided an event inclusive of all our community, without regard to their sexuality, race, religion, or background. We strive to create a better community, and we thank all of you for helping us to achieve that. Pride events traditionally are held in celebration of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans community but in recent years have become celebrations of unity. We celebrate Pride to thank every single person in the short history of gay rights for their personal sacrifices and their fight that has brought us to where we are today and Worksop Pride is a celebration of this. Notts Pride begins with a visibility march through the city centre of more than 7,000 LGBTQ+ people and allies. Many businesses, charities, groups and organisations join us, while many more march as individuals, couples and families. Around 5,000 people join us in the afternoon, with educational stalls weaving their way through the streets of Hockley along George Street and Goosegate. The Resource Hub contains details of LGBT+ services, groups, organisations, venues and charities across Nottinghamshire, as well as statistics and support on LGBT+ issues.
Volunteering
Volunteers are vital to the service we offer. If you’re part of the LGBT+ community and would like to offer help and support to others, we would love to hear from you.

We offer LGBT+ inclusion training to organisations and businesses across Nottinghamshire and have worked with hundreds of companies.
